Flowers, chocolates, romantic dinners and shiny presents are definitely cool, but we know something even cooler you can do for your loved one for a day dedicated to your love. This is the ultimate PINK PROTEIN (no bake) CHEESECAKE with 27g of protein per portion. Which, by the way, is also low in sugar!

Curious to know how to make it? Well, you’ll be surprised to see how easy it is. Follow the instructions below to create the most amazing cheesecake you ever tasted, and we’re sure by giving tis to your other half you’ll be one step closer to that engagement ring (or maybe not, but we need to be salesmen here).

Jokes apart, this cheesecake is the perfect healthier option to regular desserts, so it may be a good idea for a new protein breakfast too!


For the base:

- 200g rolled oats

- 150g flora light

- 100g ground almond

- 100g F-EAT UK Chocolate Diet Protein Powder

For the filling:

- 300g light cream cheese

- 150g fat free natural yoghurt

-100g F-EAT UK Vanilla Diet Protein Powder

- 10g Beetroot Powder

- 2 heaped teaspoons of lemon juice


- F-EAT UK Berry Blast milled mix (optional)


We are all about simplicity here at F-EAT, so our recipe couldn’t be otherwise.

First of all, bled the oats with the almond and the F-EAT chocolate protein powder until the oats are fully broken. Then move to a mixing bowl, melt the flora light in the microwave for 30-40 seconds and once fully melted, add it to the dry ingredients and mix well until you achieve a paste-like consistency. At this point, move to a cheesecake tray and flatten well to cover the whole surface. Then put in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.

For the filling, you simply need to add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well, until you achieve an even pink colour. Once mixed, layer it on the base you previously made and put in the fridge for 3-4 hours to set.

Once set, you can sprinkle some F-EAT UK Berry Blast milled mix on top, to add some extra berry flavour. Serve cold and enjoy!
