Total cooking time: 20 minutes

For the donut

· 1 cup flour

· 2 tablespoons of F-EAT Vegan Protein Pudding powder (or F-EAT chocolate protein powder for vegetarians)

· ½ cup brown sugar

· ½ teaspoon baking powder

· ½ teaspoon baking soda

· 1 pinch of black salt

· ½ cup of almond milk

· 2 tablespoons almond butter

· 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the chocolate glaze

· 1 cup brown sugar

· 4 tablespoon chocolate protein powder

· 4 tablespoon almond milk

· 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Preheat the oven at 180C. Spray your donut pan with a cooking spray.

2. Take a large bowl. Add flour, chocolate protein powder, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and black salt. Incorporate thoroughly.

3. Then add the almond butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Combine perfectly.

4. Pour the donut batter into the donut pan. Make sure to fill only ¾ part of each donut shape. Because the donuts will rise after baking.

5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

6. In the meanwhile, make the chocolate glaze. In a bowl add almond milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and chocolate protein powder. Whisk continuously until the brown sugar dissolves into the almond milk. It will take a little bit of time. But the result is worth it.

7. Transfer the donuts on a wire rack and let them sit for 2 to 4 minutes. Now dip the top of the donuts into the chocolate glaze. Garnish with some sprinkles. Let them sit for another 5 minutes.

8. Enjoy with your vegan coffee.
